...
(click thumbnail to enlarge)

Okay, let's get down to business. The table at the left shows the top 20 songs according to one of my two fave radio stations which brags about the upper classes being its target audience. Though I agree with the entirety, I just can't understand why on earth Kyla snatched the top spot. Anyhow, I prefer not to name the radio station to save 'em from  humiliatiion.

Profile: Gilberto Teodoro, Jr.

The 2010 national elections may be fast approaching, but the whole game  is still at a jump start to thrill. Many aspirants went on early, some had early retreats , and new stories unfold from tandem revamps to resurrection of issues about murder , corruption, and all; to disunity of members within a party or sector; to unique mudslinging( as usual); to a comparatively  unheard-of candidate like Teodoro. I thought, it would make the race better to help this man a little for his delay at such a critical point. Hence, I did a little research for all to know:

Gilberto Cojuangco "Gibo" Teodoro who made his presidential bid for the upcoming elections public in March 2009, is the current Secretary of National Defense of the Philippines proceeding Norberto Gonzalez, and at 45, the youngest among the 34 ever appointed to the post. Contemporaneously, he is also the Chairman of National Disaster Coordinating Council and is married to present Tarlac First district Representative Monica “Nikki” Prieto-Teodoro. They have a son named Jaime Gilberto.

La Grande Illusion

Seeing does not always equate to believing in many instances. One of which is the case of optical illusions---a noted phenomenon you wouldn't like being into for long as it may subsequently cause vertigo headaches, wooziness; to name a few(quite an exaggeration there). So, how do these things work? In a broad sense, the visually perceived images when you look at illusions are interpreted by the brain differently from what they really are because the different cells and receptors in your eyes distinguish images and colors at dissimilar speeds. The eye can only receive a limited amount of visual stimuli, but as your brain constantly processes the visual information, it gives you the illusion of continuous sight. Illusions are classified into three: literal optical illusions that create images that are different from the objects that make them, physiological ones that are the effects on the eyes and brain of excessive stimulation of a specific type (brightness, tilt, color, movement), and cognitive illusions where the eye and brain make unconscious inferences. Check out some of interesting illusions below—but beware, you may not be able to absorb them all in one sitting.

The brown leaf shapes against a green background make this look as if the entire group is flowing—making waves if you focus on the picture as a whole.
